Thai style beef salad (1 person)
1 piece of beef tenderloin, 1 courgette, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 carrot, 1 green onion, 2 cloves of garlic, some Chinese mushrooms, a dash of light soy sauce, a pinch of ginger powder, 1 pinch of salt and pepper, ½ bunch of coriander.
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Cut the meat into this slices and the vegetables into small sticks.
- Brown the meat in a hot frying pan with soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, a little water, salt and pepper for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and cook for a further2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle your ginger powder and chopped coriander. Mix and serve immediately.
