Club Med aperitif toast sticks (1 person)
1 slice and a half of wholemeal bread 6 slices of cucumber 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh 0% fat cream cheese A pinch of chopped mint 6 sun dried tomatoes or cherry tomatoes salt and pepper.
Preparation: (5 minutes)
- Mix the cottage cheese with your herbs, salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread and cut it into 6 squares, then put your slices of cucumbers, a small spoon of white cheese and finally your tomatoes and hold together with a cocktail stick.
