Green apple, cucumber and basil smoothie (1 person)

Ingredients:

1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 1 spoonful of grated ginger, 1 or 2 leaves of basil, 1 glass of water, 1 teaspoon of Xylitol.

Preparation (10 minutes)

  1. Peel and deseed the cucumber and the apple, grate the fresh ginger.
  2. Cut the cucumber and apples into pieces, and put everything in the blender.
  3. Mix and serve immediately.
