Grilled squid with lime (1 person)
200 grams of squid or 1 or 2 small whole squids, 1 lime,\ 1 pinch of Ras el hanout (see below) or ground coriander 1 pinch of chopped parsley 1 pinch of cayenne pepper or unsmoked paprika salt and pepper.
Preparation (50 minutes)
- In a bowl, put your spices, parsley, salt and pepper, zest of lime, and lime juice, then mix with the fork your marinade.
- Then put your whole squid in, mix and cover place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill, griddle or barbecue, then put your squids on them by turning them over a high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
