Grilled squid with lime

Grilled squid with lime (1 person)


200 grams of squid or 1 or 2 small whole squids, 1 lime,\ 1 pinch of Ras el hanout (see below) or ground coriander 1 pinch of chopped parsley 1 pinch of cayenne pepper or unsmoked paprika salt and pepper.

Preparation (50 minutes)

  1. In a bowl, put your spices, parsley, salt and pepper, zest of lime, and lime juice, then mix with the fork your marinade.
  2. Then put your whole squid in, mix and cover place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat your grill, griddle or barbecue, then put your squids on them by turning them over a high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
