Indian chicken skewers (1 person)
1 chicken breast 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of harissa salt pepper 1 squeezed lemon 12 cherry tomatoes some fresh coriander leaves 4 wooden skewers
Preparation (20 minutes)
- Cut your chicken into cubes, then marinate for 10 minutes in a bowl with lemon juice, paprika, harissa, salt and pepper, crushed garlic, chopped coriander.
- Then put the chicken cubes on the skewers with the cherry tomatoes under a very hot grill for 10-15 minutes turning frequently. Brush with the leftover marinade while cooking.
