Poached apples and pears with spices

Poached apples and pears with spices (1 person)


1 apple and 1 pear. 1 cardamom seed, 1 vanilla stick, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 clove, 1 tablespoon Xylitol, 1 slice of orange and a slice of lemon

Preparation (20 minutes) + refrigeration or enjoy hot.

  1. Add all your ingredients to a saucepan and cover with cold water
  2. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low, cook gently for 15 minutes and let the water reduce.
  3. Can be eaten hot or cold, add the mixture to a soup dish with the spices, lemon and orange for decoration. Delicious!
