Salmon tartare with tomatoes

Salmon tartare with tomatoes (1 person)


1 fillet of  skinless salmon 1 shallot 1 tomato 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of edible paraffin oil 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 pinch of pepper a sprig of chives 1/4 cucumber

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Cut the salmon into small cubes, put them in a small bowl and add your shallot cut into tiny cubes, your tomato cut into small cubes, chopped chives, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
  2. Serve either in a verrine or on a plate using a pastry circle for a nice shape and add a sprig of chives and a slice of lemon.
  3. You can also as in the picture, arrange slices of cucumber around the tartare and put some tomatoes in the center.
