Spinach and pomegranate Caesar salad

Spinach and pomegranate Caesar salad (1 person)


1 bag of fresh baby spinach rinsed and drained ¼ thinly sliced red onion ¼ block of light feta or light mozzarella 1 pomegranate 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon of  edible paraffin oil salt and pepper.

Preparation (10 minutes)

  1. In a bowl add your spinach, red onions, cheese and spread the pomegranate seeds, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix your balsamic vinegar and paraffin, you’re done.

* You can add slices of grison meat or sliced smoked duck breast to this salad.
