Strawberry cream (1 person)
250 g strawberries, 50 g Xylitol, juice of ½ lemon, 3 or 4 tablespoons 0% fat cream cheese, 1 mint leaf.
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Wash your strawberries, remove the tails and set aside 2 strawberries and the mint leaf.
- Place all the remaining ingredients into a blender
- when smooth pour into a glass and garnish with your mint leaf and extra strawberries
