Strawberry cream

Strawberry cream (1 person)


250 g strawberries, 50 g Xylitol, juice of ½ lemon, 3 or 4 tablespoons 0% fat cream cheese, 1 mint leaf.

Preparation (10 minutes)

  1. Wash your strawberries, remove the tails and set aside 2 strawberries and the mint leaf.
  2. Place all the remaining ingredients into a blender
  3. when smooth pour into a glass and garnish with your mint leaf and extra strawberries
  4. Voila!…delicious and 100% light Chefs tip: Add 2 drops of vanilla essence to the blender.
