Light red fruit coulis

Light red fruit coulis (1 person)


3 handfuls or small cups of red fruits, ½ lemon juice, 1 level tablespoon of Xylitol, 1 pinch of pepper, 3 mint leaves.

Preparation (3 minutes)

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender until smooth.

Pour your mixture into a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes over a low heat. Allow to cool.
