Warm prawn salad (1 person)
6 raw king prawns ½ carrot, 3 broccoli heads, 6 mangetout beans 3 sprigs of parsley 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 tomato 1 pinch of ginger powder 1 teaspoon of fish sauce ¼ of fish stock cube salt and pepper.
Preparation (20 minutes)
- Cut your carrot into sticks, then steam for 3 to 4 minutes with your broccoli and mangetout.
- In a non stick pan, add your stock cube with 3 tablespoons of water until boiling. Then add your cleaned prawns, soy sauce, fish sauce, grated tomato and ginger powder and fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until your prawns turn pink .
- Add your steamed crunchy vegetables to coat, salt and pepper to taste then serve immediately.
